This place truly exceeded my expectations and provided me with enhanced comfort and quality services. the location was perfect, nestled between two stunning lakes. It was such a treat to have beautiful scenery right at my doorstep. Secondly, the room amenities were impeccable. From the cozy heating to the tea and coffee facilities, everything was provided for my convenience. I especially loved the spacious sitting area and dining table, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a meal. Additionally, the patio was a delightful spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Lastly, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great perk, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

Best Weekend Getaway in Potsdam! Loved the beautiful furnishings and the quietness of the room! The private bathroom was amazing, even though it was on a different floor. However, it might be difficult for those with limited mobility. The location was ideal for exploring the city, and the free parking was great. An additional advantage was the value for money. Despite minor issues with the kitchen and the dishwasher, overall it was a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend this charming place for a peaceful weekend getaway.

Great stay in the easter period! Location was perfect, walking distance to charming neighborhoods and parks. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering helpful suggestions for nearby cafes and stores. The decor was unique and added personality to the comfortable and spacious room. The large bed and fluffy pillows made for a great night's sleep.

Only a few minor issues, the shower screen was too small resulting in water on the floor and kitchen area. The coffee machine lacked instructions and the coffee capsules could have been better.

The modern bathroom was spacious and equipped with a towel warmer, adding a touch of luxury. We also enjoyed the convenience of a fridge on the veranda and a Nespresso-style coffee maker. Although the off-brand coffee capsules were weak, it didn't diminish our overall enjoyment. The location of the guest house was perfect, centrally located in a charming town. We appreciated the provided instructions for easy entry and the free parking on the property. Despite some minor niggles mentioned in other reviews, such as a broken shower and small shower screen, we found these to be manageable and not significant issues. The overall value for money was excellent, and we would gladly recommend Guest House Villa Fritz to others.
